Rising Tide MoCo was founded to empower the residents of Bethesda MD and Rockville, MD to take control of their Health, Confidence, and Safety through martial arts. As competitors and active fighters, Dallas Ducote and Liam Panero value skills real world application with rigorous testing, never dogma. We surveying our Commutiy however, we found the majority of schools in Montgomery County were focused on either Sport Gi Jiu-Jitsu or just Stirking (Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai). While these are amazing activities the lack of self defense focus, wrestling skilsl, and pairing Grappling and Stirking together was a gap we wanted to fill for our local community.
At our gym we prioritize your comfort and cleanliness with mats cleaned after every session and two spacious locker rooms—one for men and one for women. For added convenience, we also have an onsite shower, perfect for freshening up after early morning or midday classes before heading to work, or before heading home after evening sessions.
Our gym is designed with your convenience in mind, offering ample parking right in front of the building for easy access.
When you enter, you’ll be greeted at the top of the staircase adorned with the American and Hawaiian flags, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all our members.
Beyond hygiene and accessibility, we are committed to creating a safe and positive space for your training. Our facility is filled with natural sunlight, offering beautiful sunrises in the morning and sunsets in the evening, which our members enjoy during their workouts.
